Door Prizes: We are switching from the Silent Auction to Hourly Voucher Raffles! A $25 Gift Certificate for each vendor will be printed.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Cancellation notification must be sent to email@example.com If you cancel before July 30, you will be refunded all fees. There are no refunds on cancellations after that. The canceling vendor may not give their booth space to someone else. We will fill the space as we need. Please keep communication open. If you NO SHOW, you will not be asked back.
Other Vendor Policies: No mass produced or resale merchandise such as MLMs, oriental trader, etc. No political campaign merchandise. This is a fiber related arts and crafts event focused on building our community. Every effort will be made to assure that handmade and local items are showcased. However commercial and direct sale items will be allowed as long as they are related to fiber production, processing, end use or crafting.
Each vendor assumes their individual responsibility for complying with and collection of any required sales taxes or licensing laws.
Set up is Thursday from 12pm to 8pm ONLY Every booth has electric now! You will still need to bring extension cords since the outlets are set up between every other booth. Tables and chairs are included this year!
Please send any vendor related questions or concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org only. Social media accounts have lost questions to the requested/spam folder and the cloud during app updates. This should be a last resort or unless Keri (Social Media Coordinator) specifically requests.
